Pool play for NAIA National Tournament starts Thursday

Follow Wolves men's volleyball as they kick-off national tournament play on Thursday
Milwaukee, Wis. - The Cardinal Stritch University Wolves men's volleyball team is now set to compete for the 2010 NAIA Men's Volleyball National Championship. 

The Wolves will be opening up pool play today with a match against Hope International University at 10 a.m. in Davenport, Iowa.  For fans that are unable to make it out to the matches to see the Wolves live in action, there are several ways to catch them.  

If you're on campus, take part in growing tradition and catch the big game on the big screen down in the Great Hall.  The seven foot projection screen will start showing Thursday's and Friday's matches at 9:45 a.m. with the next matches to be shown depending on how the Wolves do.

If you're not on campus and unable to come join the Stritch fans, as long as you have an internet connection, you're still in great shape.  Saint Ambrose University, host of this year's tournament, will have live video and statistic feeds for you to enjoy from your home computer.  Click the appropriate link below.

Rankings
The Stritch Wolves had three nationally ranked teams this past season.  The men's volleyball team led the way, earning a ranking as high as No. 3 this year.  The men's basketball team ranked as high as No. 9 while the women's basketball team ranked 16th in the country.  Additionally, the men's soccer team received votes in the national rankings for two straight weeks in October.
