Join the fans of Stritch Wolves basketball Saturday night in the Great Hall as the 16th-ranked Wolves take on the 8th-ranked Chargers in the Elite Eight
Milwaukee, Wis. - Join the fans of the No. 16 Cardinal Stritch University Wolves women's basketball in the Great Hall Saturday night, on the campus of Stritch, as the Wolves get ready to face the No. 8 Briar Cliff University Chargers in tonight's Elight Eight matchup in the 2010 NAIA Division II Women's Basketball Tournament. 

Viewing for tonight's game will be held in the Great Hall, just outside of the Wolves' Gymnasium with the game slated to start at 8 p.m.

The Wolves will enter Saturday night's game on the heels of an upset win over the No. 2 Davenport University Panthers.  Michelle Stelloh (West Allis, Wis.) and Renet Skorusa (Lemont, Ill.) paced the way for a Stritch team that shot 46 percent in the win. 

Stelloh led all scorers with 27 points while Skorusa posted a double double with 15 points and 17 rebounds.  It was the second straight night that Skorusa has registered a double double as she also had one in Stritch's win over the College of Idaho.

Stritch will be appearing in the Elite Eight for the second time in school history and will be facing a Chargers team that knocked off Cedarville 81-62

The Wolves will enter Saturday night with a record of 30-2 overall while the Chargers enter play with a record of 27-7. 

Tip-off for tonight is at 8 p.m. central time with the winner advancing to Monday night's Final Four matchup.

Rankings
The Stritch Wolves had three nationally ranked teams this past season.  The men's volleyball team led the way, earning a ranking as high as No. 3 this year.  The men's basketball team ranked as high as No. 9 while the women's basketball team ranked 16th in the country.  Additionally, the men's soccer team received votes in the national rankings for two straight weeks in October.
